Maintenance Calls
We Respond to Maintenance Calls
If you have any issue with your Christmas lights, like if a bulb goes out by chance or anything else, we will return to your property within 24 hours to fix the issue.

Taking Down Your Lights

Do you takedown the lights for us?

Yes, we'll schedule a time to return and take them down and put them in our storage room until next year.

Do I need to be home for the install or takedown?

In most cases, yes.

What types of decorations do you offer?

We offer most types of decorations and can quote you on just about anything. We specialize in custom cut C9s and LED minis as well as wreaths.

What areas do you serve?

Marin County and surrounding area.

When should I schedule an installation?

It's recommended to schedule an installation early in the season, as installs tend to book up quickly.

Do the lights have timers?

Yes, they can be programmed to turn on and off at set times. They also have a remote so you can override the settings and turn them on and off at will.

Are the light strands custom cut to fit the dimensions of my property?

Yes, we custom make all the strands and power cords to fit your home or business, so there are no lose hanging wires.

What if one of the bulbs goes out?

We use the finest quality materials on the market, but if by chance one of the bulbs goes out we will come replace it within 24 hours.
